Ken Sarnecky
Vice President of Systems Development and
Information Technology
Since leaving the United States Air Force in 1977,
Ken Sarnecky has spent the past 30 years developing
technology based IT systems, including general
accounting, inventory control and racetrack and
off-track betting systems. In 1979, Mr. Sarnecky
began his career involvement in betting systems by
installing track tote system worldwide in countries
such as Peru, South Korea, Panama and throughout
North America. In 1995, he joined LVDC as the
Director of Software Integration. He now oversees
all new product development and corporate
information systems.

Richard Scott
Director of Special Projects
For the past 45 years, few veterinarians have had as
much impact on the horse racing industry as Dr.
Richard Scott. In 1962, he graduated with a degree
in Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State
University and began a practice in Las Vegas. In
1987, he retired from active practice to pursue
interests in race track simulcasting where he served
as President of Sports Media Network, a Nevada
Gaming Commission Licensed Dissemination company and
a pioneer in race track simulcasts. In 1992, he help
bring the Hong Kong Jockey Club's race simulcast to
North America - a first in the state. In 2002, he
joined LVDC to oversee special projects for the
company.
